Learning modules
Every 2-3 months we focus on several skills and qualities so that we can get tangible progress (cool moves to show for our work!) and experience them on a deeper level. The focus for December-February are:
- balancing
- dynamic strength or ground movement patterns
- training of the senses
At the end of this period, given you attend the classes consistently, you will be able to freely and skilfully move on the ground, will have increased your strength and endurance, improved your ability to balance and stabilise, enhanced your control and use of your senses when moving.
