Suggested length:1-2 hours
Language:I usually give the workshop in English, but if needed I can repeat my instructions or give the whole workshop in Dutch as well.
Location:On the premises of your company or outdoors in the vicinity of it.
Prerequisites:There is no required fitness level needed to attend the workshop. All the exercises and tasks have accessible variations and I can personally attend to those who need help. If there are any special requirements, please let me know in the email or in the form when submitting your request for a workshop.
